Telmo ltd currently has a stable market standing and at the same time it is endeavouring to expand into new markets. When doing so, it makes use of the quality and the comprehensiveness of its services, including the provision of warranty and post-warranty servicing 24 hours a day, many years of experience in the field, high quality facilities with a sufficient number of highly qualified employees, technology and market knowledge and our cooperation with a number of significant partners, which are mainly the manufacturers of the technology we use or their representatives in the Czech market.
One of the significant areas of cooperation has been established with the Italian company Aethra which is oriented towards the development and production of ISDN and IP applications and in particular videoconferencing systems working within these networks. We have become the exclusive representative of this company for the Czech Republic with full technical support.
As well as following our own fundamental rules concerning the quality of our work, the company also endeavours to adhere to certificated rules and as such to increase its competitiveness. These efforts led to the acquisition of ISO 9001 certification in 2000 and National Security Institute certification for work with confidential information in 2002. Telmo ltd is also one of the selected companies included in the central database of the Ministry of Defence with the opportunity of providing services to the Army of the Czech Republic.
The company's employees also regularly undergo all the training which is necessary to ensure improvements in their work. This mainly involves certified training and training based on any changes in the appropriate regulations or during advances in technology.
