Data networks
Nowadays, a high quality computer network is the backbone of every modern company. Requirements for telephone connections, local networks and internet connections are now common. Our company designs and assembles the wiring for these networks, including the supply of all of the passive and active components necessary for completing the installation. We make full use of our many years of experience in the installation of structured cabling while using both metal and fibre optic cables. We take measurements on all of the networks which we supply and are thus able to guarantee absolute functionality and high quality.
What is structured cabling?
This involves a universal connection method with the option of a high transmission speed (according to the category required by the customer). The universal nature of the cabling system enables the arbitrary combination of various types of data transfer (protocols).
In practise, this mainly means the option of transferring to the most modern method of communication known as a multi-protocol network. A further feature of structured cabling is its transparent and clear arrangement with the option of easy expansion and changes in the connection of the network configuration (low costs when changing the connection).
Structured cabling has a star-shaped topology. The switching network (the switchboard, patch panels, active components and so on) is located in the middle of the star from where the individual cables extend ray-like to all of sockets in which computer technology components (computers, printers), CCTV components and telephones can be connected.
The main advantages of this system include the transmission of not only data, but also voice (telephone) and pictures (CCTV). Due to the fact that the same transmission medium is used for data and telephones, it is possible to connect both data and telephones with the socket (the physical connection occurs in the connection field).
Every network we supply is measured and certified.
