Large technological units
Telmo ltd is often active in large structures and projects as a subcontractor for the construction company, but it is strong and self-sufficient enough so that it can also manage such large projects completely independently. Increasing numbers of companies are realising that the comprehensive supply of light current installations by a single company has a lot of advantages, the main one being that the client can talk with the installation company directly and not via anybody else. This means that the client can better monitor the adherence to the required quality of the work and ensure the problem-free functioning of the equipment during operations. This method is used, for example, by Skoda Auto plc, ABB ltd and a number of other companies. They have found the ordering of light current applications via a general contractor to be less than satisfactory and have therefore decided to "cut the middle man" out of this process.
Therefore, we also offer comprehensive, "turnkey", light current installations during the construction of new production halls, large industrial units or the reconstruction of older complexes. We are capable of supplying everything on time - from the design, the materials and the assembly work through to the final launch of the entire system.
The specific realisation of the units is undertaken in such a way so that the customer's requirements are fully met. This may include, for example, the reconstruction of old data networks, the replacement of the existing main systems with new ones or the complete construction of cable ducts, including their cleaning, subsequent calibration and the insertion of the cables. The installations include all security elements, for example Intumex anti-fire ducts.
For these projects, we use only materials and products from reputable companies which are of a quality which meets the strictest criteria not only from the point of view of functionality, but also from the point of view of aesthetics. All of the used technologies have been tested over many years of experience in the field. From these, we can mention, for example, OBO Betterman cable support systems which stand out due to their variability and thus also their suitability for use in any environment.
Our most significant customers in this branch without doubt include Skoda Auto plc for which we have supplied comprehensive light current solutions in both newly built and older buildings under reconstruction. We can especially mention the following buildings with pride: the motor plant, the new paint shop in Kvasiny, the pressing plant, the Česana Construction Centre, Sko-Energo and the Customer Centre.
